It’s 2a.m on a school night. And I’ve been tossing and turning since 12. Even though I cut the lawn today, I’m wide awake. I just got over a different case of insomnia. (I didn’t sleep for over thirty hours). So I have no thought why I can’t sleep.
Any thoughts on how to cure insomnia? I can’t stand warm milk, but besides that I’m up for pretty much anything.
[Male, 16 years ancient. Don’t know if that makes a difference or not.

I don’t have any medication on hand. Wish I did though. lol
