Hey, I have a problem which is messing up my life. I am taking my finals from college at the moment and I study for them so I know everything, then the night before the test I cant sleep so it ruins all my hard work because im so tired. Last night I slept at 6 and had to be up at 8 for an exam at 9. This is really upsetting and annoying because I work so hard then cant make myself sleep at night. Im not thinking about anything, I just cant seem to switch off my mind. I have tried sleeping tablets, no use, they just make me tired and unable to sleep. Does anyone have any thoughts that can help me?
